E-Ticket FAQ

  • Your e-ticket will be emailed after purchase.
  • E-tickets are scanned at the gates when you arrive at the Show.
  • You must bring the e-ticket with you to the Show, please show your email either via your electronic device or a printed copy – please keep them safe and dry.
  • Tickets can only be scanned and used once, they are electronically validated on entry.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY E-TICKETS

If the email with your e-ticket does not appear in your inbox after 15 minutes, please check your junk or spam email folder.

If you still have not received them, please email showsecretary@northdevonshow.com with your confirmation email so your e-ticket can be re-sent to your inbox, or telephone 01769 573852 for assistance.

WHAT HAPPENS ON SHOW DAY?

You must bring the e-tickets with you to the Show and it is your responsibility to ensure you present your ticket(s) in a form which can be scanned at the entrance to the Show.

Only one copy of each e-ticket is valid. Once the e-ticket has been scanned and used for entry it will become invalidated. Each e-ticket is electronically checked for validity on entry.  Subsequent attempts to gain entry using copies of the same ticket will be rejected and constitutes fraudulent use.

If you prefer to show your e-tickets on your electronic device, please ensure you save them before you arrive at the Show as there is no guarantee that there will be internet available when you get to the Showground and the Show cannot be held responsible if you cannot access your e-tickets at the gate.

QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS AFTER MAKING A PURCHASE

All payments are taken via debit or credit card and this is handled securely by a secure authorised service –  the Show Organiser doesn’t receive your card details during the transaction.

The money is received directly by the Show.

REFUND POLICY

This policy outlines the conditions under which ticket purchases for the Show are eligible for a refund.

In the event that the North Devon Show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions, all ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund.  You will be notified after the cancellation has been announced and ticket refunds will be processed automatically through the original payment method used for the purchase.  Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Changes to the Show Schedule: The North Devon Show reserves the right to adjust the show schedule or event line-up without affecting ticket validity.  No refunds will be issued for schedule changes.

Lost or Damaged Tickets: Please keep your tickets safe and secure, lost or damaged tickets will not be refunded.

Ticket purchases are final and refunds will only be issued due to a cancelled Show.
